So,

Thought I’d introduce myself. My name’s Dan or Danny t, but you guys can call me Papa Smurf, Emilio, T, Tony Danza, Cuba Gooding Jr. or whatever, doesn’t matter, whatever helps you remember. I’m the new bass player for Hello Op!!

I went on tour with the guys last December as a tech and ever since then I knew that I couldn’t be a tech, I knew I had to be playin the shows instead of setting it up, and I knew I wanted to play in Hello Op. So months went by after their old bass player left we were supposed to jam and it kinda never ending up happening and I was starting to think it wasn’t gonna happen, until a few weeks ago. We got together when the guys got back from the week of shows in Southern Ontario and jammed and everything went stellar anndd that’s that!

So make sure you come and say hi at the shows!!

Thanks, Andrea for posting these pictures on Facebook of the Cobalt show I mentioned, which ended up with us onstage singing Bohemian Rhapsody with Suzie McNeil.  Does it make it funnier, or just a little sad, that the costumes weren’t planned - we just happened to be amusing ourselves backstage in the costume room when we were called up on stage….
